Sales Specialist

Job description


The Sales Specialist is responsible for selling POSRocket’s product by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, and presenting in a way that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Drive excitement and product awareness of our solution
  • Perform a high number of activities on the field to generate and close the pipeline
  • Field incoming sales lead from Lead Generation team and marketing team
  • Build and generate a strong pipeline via traditional method; Door knocking, Cold calls, and word of mouth
  • Perform all aspects of selling professionally including prospecting, presenting, handling objections, closing, and follow-up
  • Maintain a strong and positive client relationship post-sales
  • Perform face to face demonstrations of POSrocket products to prospects
  • Build and maintain referral relationships to sustain the health of your pipeline
  • Support existing client to expand and increase sales volume
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue quota assignment

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a revenue closing role
  • Self-motivated and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience selling IT hardware and software is a plus, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales considered
  • Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts
  • Experience in selling to small and mid-sized businesses strongly desired
  • Task-oriented, process-driven, and data-driven individual
  • Experience with CRM platforms is important
  • Experience with 1-3 month sales cycle is a plus
